The original pictures I ordered were incredibly poor quality, which turned out to be my own fault for not following the guidelines. Matt offered to replace both of my posters with new ones at no additional cost. The new prints came yesterday and they look AMAZING. Incredibly high quality, my roommate couldn't believe what I paid for them. I'd definitely recommend PosterBurner!

I’ve ordered 3 posters so far and they are all amazing. Love the paper they are printed on and the photo quality is great. They respond to emails super quickly, go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want, and ship to Canada for the same price as within the US. I will definitely be ordering again!

The owner, Matt, is the most amiable person to work with...he is very attentive and will to do what ever you may need to get just what you want. The quality of the paper and ink is the best...and I've looked around. He is quick and available almost around the clock...you can't go wrong working with posterburner...

Customer service is superb! I had a few issues with my order and my questions were answered almost immediately (even on the weekend) and my issues were resolved just as fast. Fast service, good quality. I was able to take a local picture that meant something to me, and add a line from the Bible into the picture. I now have a very soothing large print on my office wall that receives many compliments. It was very cost effective, with a big impact. I plan to create gifts with my next poster purchases.
