I received the poster I had ordered for my son yesterday. It looks amazing and he is so happy with it. I have since framed it and will be hanging it on the wall tonight. I have told so many people about your company even before I received it as it is so easy to order but now that I have actually seen the quality I intend to spread the word. One other comment is the customer service I received when tracking my order. I always received prompt answers.

Posters are amazing!!!! I couldn't be happier with the quality and this customer service is phenomenal! After I submitted the order, I noticed a terrible typo, my error! I called a few hours after submitting the order and the CS rep called me back and fixed everything! Highly recommend!!! Turn around time was better than any local print store in our town! Thank you!!

I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service here! When i first ordered my poster it had been crinkled in the mail, when i emailed their customer service their response was immediate and very polite, they sent another poster, which arrived very quickly. Thought I'd try this site out after a friend mentioned how much they liked it. Purchased 5 36x24 posters and after a few days received what I must say are AMAZINGLY beautiful pictures!!! I can't praise this site enough! I just finished showing off my prints to almost every co-worker! Quality is excellent, so long as you have the right size, the print will look terrific! Images are on a nice heavy paper and I felt that I could move it around without worry of tearing, scratching, etc. You did a great job, Posterburner and I will definitely be ordering from you again!

I didnt know what to expect when i turned one of my favorite pics into a poster with an online company.I couldnt believe how fast i got it and the quality of the work was excellent, it looked like it could of been next to any other poster you would see in a store.The paper quality was great to.I cant wait untill i get that next special photo i want to make into a poster i will have no problem coming right back to posterburner.com.I shopped around a few places and the prices were outrageous and the quality not that impressive but at posterburner i got a good price and quality!!!

I am extremey taken back by the quality of the picture I got back. This will make the ultimate christmas gift! I got a fantastic deal on the frame and poster deal, and it came within the week I ordered it! The picture I found was off the internet and I was afraid that blowing up the picture would ruin the quality, but it came out amazing! My boyfriend will be so thrilled when he sees it this christmas and I know that we will be using posterburner again to make our own photos. Inexpensive, fast and quality work!
Also, their representatives were very helpful with my questions. I emailed them and within the day or the next I had a reply back with the answers to all my questions.

They didn't have an option for super awesome, but they were much more than that. I ordered a poster at a very reasonable price but I had forgotten to use a coupon that I had. I messaged them and they were more than awesome to let me use it, even though the payment already had been processed. The shipping information was a bit confusing, but they had went above and beyond to help me understand it. Seriously though, I would help these guys move out of their houses since they are that cool.

I normally would not write a review on anything because I believe many places write their own reviews to boost their products. But for PosterBurner, I have to take a moment out to commend them on their professionalism and customer service. I ordered a print that at first did not come out too great due to discoloration. This could be my fault since I've photoshopped it, and played around with the colors. Daniel received my unsatisfied email and quickly offered his help. I cannot believe the quality of the 24"x 36" posters made from fairly low resolution digital photos. I had 2 posters made of my grandchildren. They are spectacular. I received email from customer service asking me to send a new photo due to the aspect ratio of the first one I sent would not produce a good poster. I sent a new photo and asked them to crop it to ensure that the poster included both my girls, head to toe, including their surfboards. The poster turned out better than I thought was possible. I give PosterBurner.com my highest recommmendation.

I was so happy with everything about my purchase. The website was easy to understand and very clear and direct. The shipping was extremely fast, I got my posters in 3 or 4 days. The actual posters were printed on thick, glossy paper (better quality than normal store bought posters). When I was unhappy with one of my prints (it was somewhat too pink), I emailed the company, and they responded the next day. The (free!) reprint came today, and it looks so great! I will definitely be using this service again.

I was weary about using this site when I didn't know what the results would look like. Poster burner is one of the best websites I've ever used! This was the second time I had actually used it... And it's so easy to do. I enjoy making posters, because they have been great gifts that I have made for my friends. The first one I had made came in 3 days and it was perfect! I had never imagined how well it would turn out at that cheap of a price! I just recently made my second one and I haven't received it yet... Though I just made it a day ago. I received my posters yesterday after ordering them only 3 days earlier. They were well packed and protected. I had 4 posters made and mounted on foam board for a bar mitzvah party. They are stunning and perfect! The quality of the printing is amazing. The pictures were clear and crisp. I chose posterburner.com because I could personalize the posters with text. I was very pleased with the poster I received, but, it was more like a huge photograph, the colors were perfect, and I loved how they arranged the photo's on the poster, since I got a collage for my daughter's fundraiser, I needed to put something together as far as pictures go and it was easy, I sent them the pictures and they did all the work for me. And I could not be happier with the work. I will always use this company for all my poster needs and I can't wait to order from them again and they were very helpful when I e-mailed them, there is no number to call,(this, I was unsure about, at first," but as fast as they replied and helped me, that turned out not to be a problem at all. And believe me I had a huge problem-my computer did something weird and didn't send my pictures and when I saw that the poster I ordered was black- I freaked out, but like I said I e-mailed them and it was fixed in no time, I just e-mailed the 20 pictures to them again and within a few days I had my poster.. All I can say is...STUNNING! I had hoped (from all the glowing reviews) that my posters/prints would come out nicely, but I never even DREAMED they'd be so phenomenal. Firstly, the poster paper is extremely high quality. The posters are not what I think of when I think "poster". The paper actually looks like a very expensive large print/photograph.
Second, I was not sure how good and crisp the quality of the photo would be, since it was an image I downloaded from the internet. In my case, I wanted a large photographic print to frame for my living room, but the only image I found was tiny. I was sure there would be at least some distortion when the image was blown up to photo size. But the posters were absolutely crystal clear. I could not be happier with my purchases, and will DEFINITELY be ordering again from Posterburner. Definitely.

I just got my poster today and couldn't wait to tell everybody how amazing they are.. so here it goes! They are unbelievable... seriously!!! I am absolutely stunned by the quality of the printing. I had one of my wedding photos turned into a fake vintage movie poster as a surprise for my husband and and as soon as it arrived in the mail (only a few days after I ordered it!!!) I couldn't help but drop what I was doing and hang it on the wall immediately! It literally brought tears to my eyes. Was searching online and found this site. Like most people, hesitant at first, but VERY satisfied with choosing this company. Both posters i purchased look amazing and i look forward to getting more in the near future. Very helpful as well with a few questions i had AND the posters arrived at my doorstep within a few days from when i placed the order. If anyone i kno asks me where to get poster sized/enlarged photos from, i know id refer them to this company without a doubt.

As a graphic designer, I've often been dissatisfied with orders I've received through online printing services But I was so delighted as soon as I got my posters -- amazing quality to the printing, colors, and paper. The images were sharp and there were no "visible pixels," as you sometimes get with even small-scale prints from other vendors. I'll definitely use you guys again!
For other quality freaks out there -- don't be scared! These guys are good!!

I am in the U.S. Navy and had an "Old School" picture of our Chief's Mess I wanted to get blown up to a 24 X 36. I did some research online and "settled" on Posterburner.com ... I uploaded the photo, ran through the shipping options and found they didn't have an FPO AP option (I live in Japan), I emailed posterburner for some help, less than 12 hours later I had the response I needed, I then placed my order. Within 36 hours I checked my status and sure enough it had shipped. I don't know how many days it took for me to receive the poster but I can tell you, I have lived in Japan for three years and I received it a lot faster than anything else we have ordered, probably in the neighborhood of 10 days.
The picture came out flawlessly.... I was floored when I removed it from the container. I have since framed it and hung it up in a high traffic spot at work, everyone that walks by it stops and makes nothing but positive comments on the quality. I have since ordered another poster and will continue to order them due to the outstanding quality and customer service I have received.
