How do I earn PosterBurner Rewards Points?

To earn rewards points, create a free account and login when making an order on PosterBurner.com. Once you place your order, 10 points will be added for every dollar you spend on posters, canvas prints, decals, banners, metal prints, cards, signs, ornaments, and every type of print (shipping cost, tax, discounts, rush fees are excluded). You can check your points balance by signing in and clicking on “My Account” in the support menu.

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?

If you are logged into your account and you have points available, you will have the option on checkout to apply points to your order total. Once the points are applied, they will show up in your checkout summary and be deducted from your account upon checkout.

Do my Rewards Points expire?

Yes. Rewards points expire after one year.

What are the restrictions on using my Rewards Points?

Rewards points can only be applied to the price of prints (posters, canvas, decals, etc). Shipping, tax, discounts, rush shipping options are excluded. Additionally, rewards points are only earned on the price of prints (shipping, tax, discounts, rush shipping are excluded).

Are there blackout periods where points cannot be used?

Yes. Points will not be available to use in November and December. You will still earn points on purchases during November and December, but points cannot be used during this time.

What if I can cancel or return an order that was bought with Rewards Points?

We do not offer refunds for the rewards point portion of a returned or cancelled order. If the order is cancelled or returned, the points portion of the order is lost.

Can I combine my Rewards Points with other discounts?

Yes, rewards points will not affect any other discounts and are applied independently of any discounts or coupons.

How do I know if my Rewards Points are being applied to my order?

When you are logged in on checkout, and you have a points balance, you will have the option to apply the points on checkout. Once they are applied, the order total will update. Additionally, you can see your points history in “My Account” in the support menu when you are logged in.

Can I share my Rewards Points or transfer them to a friend?

No, points are non-transferrable.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Rewards Points Program at any time. We reserve the right to remove all points from a user’s account and block them from any future point accruals for any reason such as suspected abuse of the points program. Points are not considered as cash, cannot be transferred, and are not redeemable for cash.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday Shipping Times & Cut Off We are currently able to ship all print types in time for the holidays, but the sooner you order, the better. Shipping companies are advising to ship packages for holiday delivery by December 16th. Many packages shipped after the 16th will still arrive in time for the holidays, but they are not guaranteeing it. While we do not have full control over the shipping and transit times, here is our best guess at the realistic cutoff dates.
