Honestly, it took me longer to choose which picture to create a poster from than it took me to order it, for posterburner.com to print it, and for it to arrive at my door! The quality of the printing, and the paper used, is excellent. It was packaged well, too, as it was placed in a round tube made of very thick cardboard and then placed in a plastic bag, which protected it from both bending during the shipping process, as well as from the weather. This company thought of everything! I truly wish I had more places to hang posters; I'd order more in a heartbeat. All I can say to posterburner is...thank you for providing a quality product at a very reasonable price. You are not excellence...you are excellence plus!

What size file do I need to make a custom poster?

With our lossless photo enlargement process we can make almost any size image look great when its its made into a photo poster and we accept all filetypes, including jpeg gif png tiff psd ai doc ppt zip xls and many more!
When will my custom poster print arrive?

Most posters are printed and shipped within 2 or 3 business days of the order (expedited services are available for urgent orders).

You can track the status of every order at PosterBurner through our order tracking page which gives accurate information on the status of your poster orders.
What resolution does my file need to be to make a great print?

Moderately high-res images (anything above 72ppi with a resolution around 1000px x 1000px) make the best posters, but smaller images work well too. We use an artificial intelligence based super resolution filter to get the clearest possible picture when we create posters. Plus we review the quality of each file and will contact you before printing if the resolution is not high enough.
